COCKPIT: Tilt wheel automatic with overdrive steering wheel column wiper/wash/delay cruise control. In-dash Voyager rear view monitor am/fm/cd stereo dash heat & air. Center console area has 2 beverage holders level gauge; sits above carpeted engine dog house compartment. In-dash passenger dinette tray. Partial vinyl padded dash large 2 piece windshield 2 sun visors 2 upper mounted dash fans. 2 upper/front single-door glass-faced cabinets. Overhead/center Sony television. Driver side panel has upper vinyl single-door cabinet lower map/reading light large window (portion sliding with screen) Uniden CB radio lower map pocket. Passenger side panel has upper single-door vinyl panel lower map/reading light large window (portion sliding with screen) lower map pocket nearby 12VDC phone jack and electrical outlet. There is a wrap around windshield curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining leather Flexsteel captains seats both with seat belts arm rests rear map pockets. Leather appears to be in good condition may show some minor blemishes but I did not see any rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: odometer speedometer tachometer fuel temp. generator hours. Dash Switches/Controls: lights panel dim generator primer radio mode fans aux. start overdrive 12VDC hydraulic leveling jacks etc. Cockpit has overhead speakers lighting unit and a Winegard crank for TV antenna.
SLIDE-OUTS: This coach is equipped with three slide-outs!! The largest one expands the living and kitchen area and contains sofa sleeper kitchen counter range sink microwave windows cabinets lighting units etc. The second slide-out expands the dining and living area and contains dinette table dinette chairs swivel chair/ottoman lots of windows skylights lighting units etc. The third slide-out expands the bedroom at the head-of-bed has window overhead cabinets lighting units etc. All three slide-outs are beautifully trimmed-out in decorative molding. LIVING/DINING AREA: Fabric sofa sleeper with hide-a-bed fabric appears to be in very good condition showing only slight wear I did not see any rips or burn holes. Sliding window with screen fabric blinds and decorative wood valance. Upper triple-door mirrored cabinet with lower lighting unit and switch panel. Wood dinette table with 2 upholstered dinette chairs. Fabric chairs appear to be in good condition showing only slight wear I did not see any rips or burn holes. Leather swivel chair with matching leather ottoman both appear to be in good condition showing only minor creasing from normal wear some minor blemishes but I did not see any rips or burn holes. This slide-out has 2 wall-mounted decorative lamps. Total of 6 windows each sliding with screens fabric blinds and decorative wood frames/valances. This slide-out also has 4 overhead skylights each with fabric blind. Living/Dining Area has overhead lighting unit.
KITCHEN/ENTRY AREA: Kitchen has Corian-style counter top with matching range and sink covers. Dual kitchen sink Amana 3-burner gas range Dometic convection microwave. 4-door cabinet above sink with lower lighting unit and electrical outlet. Sliding window with screen horizontal blinds behind sink. Nearby levels test/gauge panel (black water gray water fresh water lp gas battery charge) switches (water heater levels test water pump). Kitchen has lower double-door cabinet 5 lower drawers. Forward-facing cabinet unit on back wall is in view/accessible when kitchen slide-out is in the "out" position consists of: upper single-door glass-faced cabinet with interior adjustable shelves Sony DVD player video selector box etc.; lower single-door cabinet; side-mounted Duo-Therm temp control side-facing single-door cabinet contains switches/controls (slide-rooms lights etc.). Dometic refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and stainless steel face (sits to right of entry door) and nearby single-door pantry cabinet with interior slide-out wire shelves lower lp leak detector. Entry door (sits opposite kitchen sink) has separate screen door with sliding lock/lever cover electric entry steps for easy 5-step entry. Hand rails mini room divider fire extinguisher switches (porch step light overhead light power step compartment lights battery) etc. - all located in stair well area. Entry door has decorative fabric valance. Kitchen/Entry Area: overhead power vent lighting unit speaker smoke detector.
HALLWAY/BATHROOM: Hallway has a sliding divider wood door at kitchen large double-door mirrored wardrobe cabinet with interior lighting unit 2 lower/outer drawers. Hallway has an overhead lighting unit. Side/center bathroom has single sink nice counter top large mirrored medicine cabinet hand towel rack electrical outlet switch panel (vanity pump) lower double-door cabinet tp holder Thetford toilet. Shower stall with interior seat mounted/detachable shower head skylight and shower door enclosure. Bathroom has overhead crank vent/fan and a lighting unit.
REAR BEDROOM: Side-facing mattress (head-of-bed sits on slide-out); magazine rack and electrical outlet on bed base. Sliding window with screen fabric blinds and decorative valance at head-of-bed. 2 upper single-door mirrored cabinets with center open-faced cubby above head-of-bed with 2 lower map/reading lights lighting unit and electrical outlet. Cabinet unit at foot-of-bed consists of: 2 upper double-door mirrored wardrobe cabinets each with 4 lower/outer drawers; overhead/center Sansui television; 2 upper mini single-door cabinets; lower lighting unit counter space desk area with nice counter top 2 nearby electrical outlets 12VDC phone jack sliding window with screen fabric blinds and decorative valance; upholstered stool. There is a large window in rear which serves as an emergency exit has fabric blinds and decorative valance. Bedroom has overhead lighting unit and 2 speakers. Switch panel near hall entry (wall ceiling slide-room) Duo-Therm temp control.
SUMMARY: WOW! This is a very nice gas coach! Lots of elbow room in here. Great layout. Appears to have been well maintained. Very clean inside and out. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is very clean and has NO unpleasant odors of any kind such as pet/smoke/musty etc. Carpet in cockpit living area dining area hallway and bedroom - showing only slight wear currently has plastic runners in place. Wood laminate flooring in kitchen area appears to be in good condition may show some minor blemishes. Vinyl flooring also appears to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean decorative wallpaper and borders; as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes but I personally did not see any. Dash appears to be in very good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES: Left Front Left Rear Right Front Left Rear - are all xxxx Michelin's good tread and no cracks. Everything else we tested and/or checked at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step roof air conditioning water pump lp leak detectors range convection microwave refrigerator/freezer with ice maker furnace water heater (gas and electric) dash air radio televisions rear view camera and monitor hydraulic leveling jacks lights & markers and generator.
