I'd love to have a room with considerate, calm females (any ages works for me - even small children) where I can live safely while I finish school. I have a service dog who alerts my medical condition for me and so we're a package deal. She is, however, protected by fair housing laws so if you don't mind the pup but your apartment complex does, I can handle that. Ideally, I would move in August 10th. It's a big rush, but my potential roommate was unable to stick to her financial obligations (thankfully before we signed a lease, but we weren't able to get the house).
