Title: Manager- Digital Creative Design Location: United States Other Locations: Responsibilities ** As part of the Marketing Services Team, execute the strategy set forward by the Senior Manager for the visual design of all acquisition and retention opportunities ** Work with Senior manager to identify the best medium and packaging to present our message to set us apart from our competition (i.e., traditional presentation, animation, video, etc.) ** Align with Sales and Client Management and Deal Consulting team on visual representation of account-specific strategy and thematic messaging ** Ensure all visual assets across GBT are consistent ** Advanced multimedia skills, including Flash, video editing, HTML 5 and/or Silverlight ** Advanced PowerPoint skills; Visual Basic and/or XML skills a plus; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel ** Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills ** Experience in Windows-based operating systems ** Strong knowledge, skills and experience in information design ** Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and around the world in order to drive results ** The expertise and creativity to create original design while working within the constraints of an already well-established visual identity ** Ability to quickly generate visuals in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment to successfully convey concepts and ideas ** Ability to translate a business strategy into an effective visual presentation This position is not suitable for traditional print designers.
